Special Events Cancellation Policy- All sales are final. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable so please make your selections carefully. The Morton Arboretum reserves the right to shorten or cancel a performance or event for any reason, at any time.
Education Classes and Workshops Cancellation Policy-Refund requests must be submitted to the registrar in writing and postmarked or emailed one business day prior to the class or program start date (or date of the first class if multiple sessions are included in the registration). If the registration fee is $25.00 or more, the registration fee will be refunded less a 10 percent processing charge. If the registration fee is less than $25.00, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued by check if original payment was made by cash or check; or by credit to the same credit card used to make original payment. Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable on and after the program’s start date. The Morton Arboretum cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program or for sessions missed due to student illness or other personal situations. Students requesting refund must send written requests to Registrar, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle, IL 60532, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Students will be issued a full refund in the event that The Morton Arboretum cancels a class for any reason.
Photo/Video Release-Your visit to The Morton Arboretum is implied consent for the use of your likeness by the Arboretum without limit in any and all media, for any purpose.
Use of this Website—By accessing this website, you warrant and represent to the Morton Arboretum that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

The Morton Arboretum reserves the right to remove any discounts and other promotional offers at any given time without prior notice. The Morton Arboretum will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control. This term does not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver—If you breach these terms and The Morton Arboretum takes no action, The Morton Arboretum will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms.
Applicable laws—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.
